Returns & Refunds
Every Animal Cake Toppers creation is handmade and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges where you've simply changed your mind — this is standard for bespoke, made-to-order products and is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which explicitly excludes personalised goods from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
Arrived Damaged?
We take great care packaging every order, but if your topper arrives damaged in transit we'll make it right. Please email us at info@animalcaketoppers.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Wrong Item Received?
If we've made an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
Personalisation Errors
We craft each topper exactly as specified at checkout. We're unable to accept responsibility for errors in personalisation details submitted by the customer (for example, an incorrect name spelling). Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
