A tortoise cake topper with party hat and balloon

Our tortoise cake topper is a charming collectible tortoise figurine, finished with a handmade glitter party hat and a balloon in your choice of colours. It suits tortoise lovers, 'slow and steady' milestone birthdays and garden or safari parties.

Once the party's over, the hat and balloon lift off and the tortoise becomes a keepsake.
